At Lakesound, we offer a variety of parking options for you to select what makes the most sense for your needs, lifestyle and budget. 

• Detached Garages: Available for $200 per month.
• Covered Parking/Carports: Available for $35 per month.
• Open Parking: Ample surface parking is available throughout the community for residents and guests.

Guests are welcome to park in any unreserved surface parking space. To ensure our residents always have priority, guests should be registered through our Elevated Surfaces parking app for overnight stays.

For a monthly fee of $30, we provide valet trash pick-up. Simply place your tied trash bags in the provided bin outside your door during pickup hours (Sunday–Thursday). Note: There is also a $5 monthly trash hauling fee.

Lakesound features Controlled Access gates to the community and building entrances to provide an added layer of privacy for our residents. Residents utilize an electronic key fob to access the building entrances, and a window sticker for gated amenity areas.

Yes! Residents have 24/7 access to the Resident Portal, where you can pay rent via e-check or credit card and track maintenance requests in real-time.
